2027 Mercedes GLC Electric Canada Price: $78,400
The 2027 Mercedes GLC Electric Canada price starts at $78,400 MSRP for the GLC 400 4MATIC. With fees the figure rises to about $84,491. Orders are open now and the first cars reach Canadian dealerships later this month. Only one version is available at launch.

Power, battery, and range
The dual-motor system makes 483 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque. Standard all-wheel drive helps it reach 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds. The usable battery is 94 kWh. Mercedes estimates up to about 563 km of range, though some reports list a wider window. Official NRCan numbers are not out yet.
The car uses an 800-volt architecture. Peak DC charging reaches 330 kW. Mercedes says it can add roughly 260 to 303 km in 15 to 20 minutes under ideal conditions. Real-world times depend on battery temperature and the charger.
How it compares
The gas 2026 GLC 300 4MATIC starts near $60,450. The plug-in hybrid GLC 350e starts near $66,900. The electric version costs more upfront. It sits above the federal EVAP cap, so it does not qualify for the $5,000 rebate. Rivals include the Audi Q6 e-tron, Cadillac Lyriq, and BMW iX3.
Three option packages are available: Exclusive at $2,500, Pinnacle at $5,800, and Pinnacle Plus at $8,500. Standard equipment includes a panoramic roof, heated front seats, a heated steering wheel, and wireless charging.
Who should consider it
The 2027 Mercedes GLC Electric makes sense if you want a familiar nameplate with strong performance and fast charging in a compact luxury SUV. Skip it if you need the federal rebate or the absolute lowest price. Wait for the official NRCan range before you lock in a long-distance plan.
