2025 Dodge Charger Daytona EV premiere date revealed
The electric muscle car Dodge Charger Daytona, partially declassified in official photos last month, will debut on March 5th. This was reported by Motor1 with reference to an official representative of the company. Technical details have not yet been disclosed, but it is expected that the top version of the new product will produce up to 900 hp.

Previously, Dodge senior vice president Matt McAleer said that the Charger Daytona was developed as a “next-generation muscle car” without regard to drag coefficient or range on a single charge. Judging by the pictures , the product model will be very similar to the concept of the same name shown the year before, but with a number of simplifications necessary for production.

For example, the coupe lost its side rear view cameras in favor of traditional mirrors.
Based on the concept, the Charger Daytona should come in several versions. The base one will develop about 462 hp, and the older Banshee will receive a dual-motor system with an output of 800 to 900 hp.

In addition to the Charger Daytona , the new generation family may retain “just a Charger” with an internal combustion engine. Moreover, instead of the discontinued V8, such cars should receive a new in-line “six” of the Hurricane family.
