- 2027 Kia EV3 Light FWD — MSRP $36,995 (all-in about $39,744). It offers a 58.3 kWh battery and up to 356 km of range. This model also qualifies for the full EVAP rebate.
- 2026 Fiat 500e — Starting around $39,995. With current manufacturer discounts of up to $8,000 plus the EVAP rebate, the effective price can fall under $30,000. Range is more limited at around 227 km.
- 2027 Chevrolet Bolt LT — Starting near $40,000. It delivers over 400 km of range and remains a popular choice with strong real-world efficiency.

Important Notes on Pricing
